  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 slices bread, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (generous)
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (scant)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt

    Add 1 pound (2 cups) crab meat (back fin best).

    Best if made at least 2 hours before cooking.
