  • 1 lb. crab meat, remove shells
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

    Mix crab meat, egg and juice of lemon.

    Mix rest of ingredients with crab meat.

    Toss lightly.

    Form crab cakes.

    Roll in cracker crumbs and fry.
