- 16 oz. backfin crab meat
- 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 12 slices day old bread
Directions

1Combine crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, salt and pepper.

2Stir. Add Worcestershire sauce, egg and mayonnaise.

3Stir entire mixture.

4Crumble day old bread into separate bowl.

5Gradually add to crab mixture, until you can form crab cakes without them breaking apart.

6If too much bread crumbs, add more mayonnaise, until consistency is okay to form cakes.

7Pan-fry on top of stove until brown or broil in oven broiler until done.
