  • 2 lb. crab meat
  • 1/4 lb. Town House Keebler Club crackers, smashed
  • 1 c. celery, chopped very fine
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley (fresh or dried)
  • 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. Kessler's mustard
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix the first 5 ingredients well.

    Combine the mustard, mayonnaise and eggs.

    Add to meat mixture.

    Broil until brown, turning once to brown on both sides.
