- 1 lb. lump crab
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 small onion, cut fine
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- green pepper to suit taste
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix crab, onion, eggs, green pepper, mustard, cream, cayenne and bread crumbs.

2Form into 8 cakes; roll in bread crumbs.

3Fry until brown.
