  • 1 lb. crab meat or cooked fish
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 8 to 10 crushed saltines
  • chopped parsley
  • 1 onion, sauteed with 1 stalk chopped celery

Directions

    Mix well to form batter.

    Add crab meat or fish.

    Pat into cakes and saute in butter or margarine until browned.

    (May also be deep fried.)
