- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 8 to 10 crushed saltines
- chopped parsley
- 1 onion, sauteed with 1 stalk chopped celery
Directions

1Mix well to form batter.

3Pat into cakes and saute in butter or margarine until browned.
