Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat, all shell picked out
  • 1 slice bread, break into small pieces
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 3 to 4 drops of yellow mustard
  • onions (optional)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

    Will make approximately 6 crab cakes.

    Fry on medium heat with very little oil or a nonstick covered pan, approximately 20 minutes.

    Serve on bun or on plate with mixed vegetables.
