- 1 lb. crab meat, all shell picked out
- 1 slice bread, break into small pieces
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- dash of salt and pepper
- 3 to 4 drops of yellow mustard
- onions (optional)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

2Will make approximately 6 crab cakes.

3Fry on medium heat with very little oil or a nonstick covered pan, approximately 20 minutes.

4Serve on bun or on plate with mixed vegetables.
