- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and form into patties.

2Roll in crumbs and refrigerate eight hours.

3Re-roll in crumbs and fry in 1/4 inch of oil until brown.
