  • 2 slices bread crumbs
  • 2 small eggs
  • 3 rounded Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb. lump crab meat, picked
  • butter

Directions

    Blend all ingredients except crab.

    Add crab meat and toss gently.

    Mold into cakes and fry in butter until browned.
