- 4 slices white bread
- milk, to soften
- 1 lb backfin crab meat (or imitation crab)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- salt and pepper
- Ritz cracker
Directions

1Put bread in 2 quart casserole dish pour enough milk to make bread soggy.

2Melt butter.

3Pour butter, Worcetershire sauce, mayonnaise, parsley.

4and egg over bread and stir well.

5Fold in crab meat and add salt and pepper to taste (don't need a lot).

6Crumble Ritz cracker on top and

7bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
