Crab Casserole

  • 4 slices white bread
  • milk, to soften
  • 1 lb backfin crab meat (or imitation crab)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 cup mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • salt and pepper
  • Ritz cracker

Directions

    Put bread in 2 quart casserole dish pour enough milk to make bread soggy.

    Melt butter.

    Pour butter, Worcetershire sauce, mayonnaise, parsley.

    and egg over bread and stir well.

    Fold in crab meat and add salt and pepper to taste (don't need a lot).

    Crumble Ritz cracker on top and

    bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
