- 12 peeled boiled crabs, seasoned
- 1/2 loaf French bread
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 2 to 4 cloves garlic
- 1 block margarine
- 2 beaten eggs
- parsley and green onion tops
Directions

1Soak French bread in water (squeeze out water) and mix with crabmeat.

2Saute chopped ingredients in margarine.

3Add beaten eggs to seasoning and add crab mixture, parsley and onion tops and salt and pepper to taste.
