- 1 can crab meat
- 1 1/2 medium bell peppers
- 3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 can water
Directions

1Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in frying pan with butter. In bowl, combine crab meat, black pepper, mustard, barbecue sauce and eggs.

2Mix with sauteed mixture.

3Place 1/2 in lightly greased casserole dish.

4Mix remaining crab mixture with 1/2 the soup and put in casserole.

5Top with remaining soup, then bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
