- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 lb. fresh crabmeat, picked over for bones and cartilege
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of ground pepper
- 1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Directions

1Soften the cream cheese.

2Mix in the milk until creamy.

3Add the remaining ingredients, except almonds.

4Refrigerate for one day.

5Put mixture into small casserole.

6Sprinkle with the slivered almonds.

7Bake in 375° oven for 15 minutes.

8Serve while warm with unsalted crackers.
