Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 qt. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/2-inch bacon, cut into pieces, fried crisp and drained (keep drippings)
  • 4 large potatoes, diced, cooked and drained
  • 2 medium-large onions, chopped and cooked in bacon drippings
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 lb. crab meat

    In 3 to 4 quart saucepan combine all ingredients.
