  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Plus More To Serve
  • 1 cup Crawfish Tails
  • 1 cup Lump Crabmeat
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons Grated Lemon Zest
  • 8 ounces, fluid Your Favorite Pasta, Cooked
  • 1 Tablespoon Freshly Chopped Parsley

Directions

    Cut cream cheese and butter into smaller pieces.
