Ingredients

  • 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables cauliflower, carrots
  • 12 ounces crab meat or imitation crab meat, cooked; if canned, rinsed
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt plain
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dill seed
  • 3 cups rice or cooked according to pkg. instructions without salt
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In a large pot, heat thoroughly vegetables, crab, yogurt, milk and dill seed.

    Serve crab mixture on rice and top with Parmesan cheese.
