- 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables cauliflower, carrots
- 12 ounces crab meat or imitation crab meat, cooked; if canned, rinsed
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt plain
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dill seed
- 3 cups rice or cooked according to pkg. instructions without salt
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large pot, heat thoroughly vegetables, crab, yogurt, milk and dill seed.

2Serve crab mixture on rice and top with Parmesan cheese.
