Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of white mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 6 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 small onion, grated or chopped
  • 6 1/2 to 7 oz. can crab or 1 cup fresh crab

Directions

    Melt cream cheese in mushroom soup (no water) over low heat. Stir until cheese melts.

    Mix all ingredients together except water and gelatine.
