Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lump crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • dash of red pepper
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
  • paprika
  • green pepper, sliced

Directions

    Clean and mix crab meat.

    Add egg, mustard, mayonnaise and seafood seasoning to taste.

    Boil eggs.

    Peel shells and cut in half lengthwise.

    Take yellow out and mash.

    Mix in 1/2 teaspoon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise, red pepper, salt and black pepper.

    Stuff crab meat at bottom of egg.

    Top with egg mixture. Sprinkle paprika on top and garnish with green pepper.
