  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 dashes garlic salt
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Blend cream cheese and sour cream.

    Add dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, lemon, Old Bay seasoning and mayonnaise.

    Blend well.

    Stir in crab meat and Cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 300°, uncovered.

    Serve with crackers or bread.
