  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (6 to 6 1/2 oz.) pkg. canned crab meat
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry or other mild wine
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
