Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 3/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 3/4 c. chopped green peppers
  • 3/4 c. chopped red peppers
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 cans or 1 lb. (16 oz.) fresh or imitation crab
  • Tabasco to taste
  • garlic powder to taste

Directions

    Mix together mushroom soup, unflavored gelatin and cream cheese.

    Cook over low heat until blended and gelatin is dissolved.

    Add remaining ingredients, mix well and store in refrigerator overnight.

    Serve with assorted crackers.
