  • 2 1/2 lb. crab meat
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 1/2 c. red onion
  • 2/3 c. cocktail sauce
  • 3 c. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 6 tsp. dill weed
  • 3/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 3/8 tsp. white pepper

    Chop crab meat.

    Chop celery and red onion; add to crab meat. Add cocktail sauce, cream cheese, lemon juice, dill weed, hot pepper sauce and white pepper.
