- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. imitation crab meat
- 1 to 2 chopped celery stalks
- 1 c. frozen peas, rinsed and drained in hot water
- 1 to 2 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.

2Add lemon juice and buttermilk and blend thoroughly.
