  • 1 carton nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. imitation crab meat
  • 1 to 2 chopped celery stalks
  • 1 c. frozen peas, rinsed and drained in hot water
  • 1 to 2 c. chopped onion

    Blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.

    Add lemon juice and buttermilk and blend thoroughly.
