- 500 g cream cheese
- 12 cup sour cream
- 5 green onions (or to taste)
- 3 crushed garlic cloves (or to taste)
- 2 cups old cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cans crabmeat, washed and drained
- 1 sourdough loaf
Directions

1Pre-heat oven at 350F.

2Hollow out the sourdogh loaf and save the bread for dipping.

3Mix the first 5 ingredients thouroughly.

4Gently mix in the crab meat.

5Fill hollowed out loaf with crab mixture.

6Cover with double tin foil.

7Bake for an hour and a half.
