  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 5 green onions (or to taste)
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves (or to taste)
  • 2 cups old cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cans crabmeat, washed and drained
  • 1 sourdough loaf

    Pre-heat oven at 350F.

    Hollow out the sourdogh loaf and save the bread for dipping.

    Mix the first 5 ingredients thouroughly.

    Gently mix in the crab meat.

    Fill hollowed out loaf with crab mixture.

    Cover with double tin foil.

    Bake for an hour and a half.

    Dip in and enjoy!
