  • 3 whole Large Avocados, Ripe
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Shallots
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Jalapeno, Stem And Seeds Removed
  • 1/2 cups Full-fat Sour Cream
  • 3 ounces, fluid Crab Leg Meat
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a large bowl.

    Add the remaining ingredients and smash it all together until well combined, but some chunks of avocado still remain.
