- 1 lb. lump crab meat
- 1 green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 red pepper
- 3 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Chop red and green peppers fine; saute for 1 minute in butter. Cool.

2Add dry mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and salt; mix well.

3Fold in crab meat.

4Turn out into crab shell baking dishes.

5Spread small amount of mayonnaise on top.

6Brown in moderate oven.

7Makes 6 moderate servings.
