- 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup (Campbell's)
- 2 (6 to 7 oz.) cans crab meat
- 2 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tomatoes, sliced thin (hamburger style)
Directions

1Cook noodles in boiling salted water for 15 minutes or per package directions.

2Drain and cover with cold water.

3Heat soup and crab together, mixing thoroughly.

4Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
