- 2 cans crab meat
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. sherry cooking wine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 12 bacon slices, cut into halves
Directions

1Drain and flake crab meat.

2Combine with remaining ingredients except bacon.

3Shape into walnut size balls.

4Wrap with bacon. Secure with toothpick.

5Broil until bacon crisp (under medium heat) 10 to 15 minutes.

6Turn to brown evenly.

7Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.

8Makes approximately 2 dozen.
