- 12 cup boiled crabmeat
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 12 tablespoon scallion, chopped
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- salt
- 12 cup water
- coriander leaves
Directions

1Add the crab meat, scallion, black pepper, rice wine and salt to the beaten eggs.

2Stir until thoroughly mixed.

3Heat the water in a saucepan on medium heat.

4Add the egg mixture slowly into the saucepan, while gently stirring it.

5Serve when the eggs have partially congealed.
