Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (7 oz.) can crab, shrimp or lobster
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. very fine chopped green onions (include tops)
  • 1/2 c. very fine chopped celery

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in water.

    Heat gelatin, soup and cream cheese until melted.

    Use a wire whip to cream it.

    Remove from heat and add all other ingredients.

    Pour into mold and chill. Unmold and serve with crackers.

    Makes one large mold or two small.
