- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1 box Knox unflavored gelatine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 onion, finely minced
- 1 c. celery, finely diced
- 1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Heat undiluted soup until warm (do not boil).

2Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water.

3Add to soup.

4Add cream cheese and mayonnaise.

5Beat with mixer until well blended.

6Stir in celery, onions, green peppers and crab meat.

7Pour into a greased 1-quart mold.

8Put in refrigerator to congeal.

9Serve with crackers of your choice.
