  • 1 9 inch pie crust (homemade or bought)
  • 1/2 lb. lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 small green pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 large eggs, beaten lightly
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco
