- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
- 1 jar Old English cheese spread
- 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. chopped green onion
- Tabasco or cayenne pepper to taste
- 6 English muffins, split
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients, adding crab meat last.

2Spread on English muffin halves.

3Place on tray and put in freezer for 45 minutes.

4Take out and cut in 4ths.

5Put in freezer bag for later use when unexpected guests arrive.

6Bake 10 minutes at 450°. Makes 24 Puffs.
