- 1 Tbsp. freeze dried chives
- freshly ground pepper
- ground red pepper
- 16 slices bread, well toasted (crusts trimmed) and halved diagonally
- paprika (garnish)
Directions

1Beat egg whites until foamy.

2Add cream of tartar and continue beating until very stiff.

3Combine mayonnaise, crabmeat, chives and peppers in another bowl.
