- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Drain crab and flake.

2Combine crab with onions, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.

3Combine water, butter and salt in saucepan; bring to a boil and remove from heat.

4Add flour and beat until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan.

5Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.

6Stir in crab mixture.

7Drop batter by small teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet.

8Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

9Reduce to 350° and bake 10 more minutes.

10Serve hot.

11Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
