- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. peanut oil
- 3/4 c. onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 lb. lump crab meat
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro
- small can green chilies
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 12 tortillas
- 2 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Mix butter and oil.

2Use all but 2 tablespoons butter/oil mixture to saute onion and garlic.

3Cool, add remaining ingredients, except for cheese and tortillas.

4Brush tortillas with remaining butter/oil mixture, warm in skillet, buttered side down. Place crab mixture on half of unbuttered tortilla side, top with cheese, fold in half and bake at 500° for 5 minutes.

5Serves 3 to 5.
