  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can lump crabmeat, drained (may use fresh)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/3 c. green onions, chopped
  • salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Directions

    Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in cheese and onions.

    Fold in crabmeat.

    Season to taste.

    Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
