- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. crab meat, cooked or crabmeat substitute
- 1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 pie shell, prebaked
Directions

1Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.

2Mix thoroughly. Stir in crabmeat, cheeses and onion.

3Spoon into a baked pie shell and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm in center.

4I double the ingredients and bake in a 10-inch pie shell.

5I like mine very full.
