- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can fancy white crabmeat
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 deep dish pie shell
Directions

1Mix together mayonnaise, milk, green pepper, onion, crabmeat, Swiss cheese and flour.

2Beat the eggs separately and add to mixture.

3Pour into browned pie shell.

4Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm.
