  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. half and half
  • 1 small onion, chopped and sauteed
  • 2 c. finely shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can crab, drained
  • 2 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 deep dish (9 1/2 to 11-inch) pie crust

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Mix the first 7 ingredients well.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes and then lower oven temperature to 325° for 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned.

    Cool for 30 minutes and serve warm.
