- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 1 small onion, chopped and sauteed
- 2 c. finely shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can crab, drained
- 2 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 deep dish (9 1/2 to 11-inch) pie crust
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Mix the first 7 ingredients well.

3Pour into pie crust.

4Bake at 425° for 10 minutes and then lower oven temperature to 325° for 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned.

5Cool for 30 minutes and serve warm.
