- 8 oz. pkg. crab
- 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper or to taste
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix well the mayonnaise, milk, eggs, salt, pepper and flour.

3Add finely chopped crab, Swiss cheese and chopped onion.

4Mix together and pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
