  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab or about 8 oz. imitation crab
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. milk or half and half
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms

    In a prepared pie shell, sprinkle the grated cheese.

    Beat eggs; mix with milk and seasonings.
