- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab or about 8 oz. imitation crab
- 1 c. Swiss cheese
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. milk or half and half
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
Directions

1In a prepared pie shell, sprinkle the grated cheese.

2Beat eggs; mix with milk and seasonings.

3Pour over cheese.

4Sprinkle crabmeat over pie.

5Bake 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean at 375°.
