- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. flaked crab
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash of Tabasco (if desired)
- prepared pie crust bottom
Directions

1Beat eggs, cream and milk together.

2Add salt and pepper and set aside.

3Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter until onion is clear.

4Spread onion over crust.

5Layer crab meat on onion, then sprinkle with cheese.

6Pour egg mixture over top.

7Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
