  • 1 c. Snow crab meat or imitation
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pieces bacon, cooked well and crumbled
  • 9-inch pie shell
  • 3/4 c. half and half
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

    Set oven to 325°. Place pie shell in oven for 5 minutes. Remove. Place crabs and bacon in bottom of shell. Combine all other ingredients and pour over crab and bacon. Bake for 25 minutes.
