- 1 lb crab meat or about 2 cups+
- 16 oz cream cheese (2 packages)
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 4 or 5 scallions (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 a pinch of chinese 5 spice

1preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2Soften cream cheese in microwave.

4Use a fork, wooden spoon.

5Add sour cream.

6Mix well.

7Add scallions, garlic, Worcestershire, lemon juice, chinese 5 spice.

9It should be the consistency of smooth frosting.

10Gently fold in (mix) crab.
