Crab Rice Soup

- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1 can canned tomatoes
- 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 1 or more Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
- 1 (6 oz.) can crab meat
Directions

1Melt butter in large saucepan; add onion, green pepper and celery.

2Saute until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.

3Add rest of ingredients except shrimp and crab meat.

4Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes until rice is tender.
