- 1 lb. crab meat or imitation crab
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. onion, minced
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 6 French rolls
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/2 c. grated Gruyere cheese
Directions

1Mix together first nine ingredients.

2Remove top third of roll and hollow out inside.

3Spoon crab mixture into each roll. Sprinkle with almonds and cheese.

4Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Place tops on rolls and bake another 5 to 10 minutes.
