- 1 Tbsp. pimento
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
- pinch of Accent
- dash of Tabasco
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 6 crushed saltines
- 1 lb. backfin crab meat
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 ??? fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg yolk
- parsley
Directions

1Mix the first 8 ingredients.

2Add the crab meat.

3Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, egg yolk and parsley.

4Fill shell shaped dishes with crab mixture.

5Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture over top.

6Sprinkle with paprika.

7Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.
