  • 1 Tbsp. pimento
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
  • pinch of Accent
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 6 crushed saltines
  • 1 lb. backfin crab meat
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 ??? fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg yolk
  • parsley

Directions

    Mix the first 8 ingredients.

    Add the crab meat.

    Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, egg yolk and parsley.

    Fill shell shaped dishes with crab mixture.

    Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture over top.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.
