- 12 oz. fresh or frozen crabmeat or 2 (6 oz.) canned, drained
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh or 2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 10 oz. spaghetti, cooked
Directions

1Thaw crab and drain.

2Cook garlic in hot olive oil and butter for 30 seconds.

3Add basil and cook 1 minute.

4Add wine, simmer uncovered 5 minutes.

5Stir in crabmeat and soy sauce.

6Heat through.

7Serve over hot pasta.
