  • 12 oz. fresh or frozen crabmeat or 2 (6 oz.) canned, drained
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh or 2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
  • 1/3 c. dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 10 oz. spaghetti, cooked

    Thaw crab and drain.

    Cook garlic in hot olive oil and butter for 30 seconds.

    Add basil and cook 1 minute.

    Add wine, simmer uncovered 5 minutes.

    Stir in crabmeat and soy sauce.

    Heat through.

    Serve over hot pasta.
