  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 large bell pepper, minced
  • 1 c. shallots, minced
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 Tbsp. dry parsley or 1/4 c. fresh
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet basil or 1/8 c. fresh
  • 8 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 3 unbaked pie shells

    Mix ingredients in order listed, folding gently to blend. Divide into 3 unbaked 9-inch pie shells.
